1. Open the CAMS CAS page: camsonline.com → Consolidated Account Statement.
2. Choose the Detailed statement and select period “All” (or a custom date range).
3. Enter your PAN and registered email ID, and set a password for the PDF.
4. Submit — CAMS emails the password-protected statement to your registered email (it covers both CAMS & KFintech folios).
5. Open the PDF with your password, save it, and upload it above.
